About the Role
Are you a driven Mechanical Engineer seeking to take full ownership of high-impact ACMV projects? Elite Airconditioning & Engineering is looking for a dedicated Mechanical / Project Engineer (ACMV) to join our growing team in the East Region.
In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our ACMV project lifecycles. You will act as the primary stakeholder liaison, ensuring seamless communication between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Your technical expertise will directly influence site execution, guaranteeing that every project meets rigorous quality, safety, and performance standards.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will oversee the entire project delivery process—from design coordination and shop drawing submissions to procurement, site supervision, testing, and commissioning. You will manage budgets, track progress against strict schedules, and resolve technical discrepancies on-site. Your ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and ensure compliance with the Singapore Standard SS 553 and WSH regulations will be critical to success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Take full ownership of the ACMV project lifecycle, from design coordination and procurement to installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Drive on-site execution, ensuring all works strictly adhere to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, proactively mitigating risks and resolving site issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and technical audits to maintain compliance and high performance.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, method statements, risk assessments, and project documentation in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment for smooth operations.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of engineering processes and standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in ACMV, HVAC, or building services engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the full project lifecycle of ACMV systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and relevant engineering software is highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore building codes, MOM regulations, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
- Self-motivated, organized, and possessing strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive “can-do” attitude.
