Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day mechanical project activities, ensuring compliance with blueprints, design specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of complex piping systems and industrial machinery.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure seamless project workflow and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
- Develop detailed project schedules, progress reports, and budget tracking documentation.
- Identify potential mechanical risks and implement corrective actions to prevent project delays.
- Provide technical guidance and on-site support to mechanical technicians and junior engineering staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project supervision, specifically within industrial plant environments.
- Proven expertise in piping engineering, including design, installation, and troubleshooting of high-pressure systems.
- Strong knowledge of local industrial codes, mechanical standards, and safety regulations.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, P&IDs, and isometric sketches.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
