Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute qualification tests for mechanical components, focusing on plastic parts and assemblies
- Analyze test data to validate product performance against industry standards and specifications
- Develop comprehensive qualification protocols and documentation for new product launches
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to define qualification requirements
- Investigate product failures and implement corrective actions through root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, and other relevant testing standards
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Prepare detailed technical reports with findings and recommendations for product improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical testing or qualification engineering
- Strong knowledge of material science principles, particularly for plastics and polymers
- Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical testing methodologies
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data interpretation
- Familiarity with quality management systems and industry standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
