Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and refine high-precision mechanical assemblies for automated laboratory hardware.
- Rapidly prototype mechanical components using CAD software and internal additive/subtractive manufacturing resources.
- Lead R&D initiatives focusing on microfluidic systems and motion control integration.
- Perform rigorous mechanical testing, stress analysis, and performance validation of prototypes.
- Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Troubleshoot technical bottlenecks during the iterative design and development phases.
- Document technical specifications, design methodologies, and experimental findings for future knowledge transfer.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in precision mechanical design and hardware prototyping.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion 360, or Onshape).
- Deep understanding of robotics, kinematics, and control theory.
- Experience in microfluidics or precision fluid handling systems is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to hardware assembly and testing.
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of documenting complex engineering concepts.
