Top Glove, the world’s largest glove manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team in Banting, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the design, maintenance, and optimization of mechanical infrastructure within our petrochemical and polymer synthesis plant. You will act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance to junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining the integrity of our plant operations while adhering to the highest safety and environmental standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems within the petrochemical and polymer synthesis plant.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment longevity and reliability.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and company policies.
- Manage technical specifications and provide detailed engineering reports to stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to implement process improvements.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience in a petrochemical, polymer, or heavy chemical manufacturing environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of P&ID, piping design, and mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines).
- Proven track record in leading engineering projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with plant automation and control systems is an advantage.
