Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical equipment and production machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and perform diagnostics to minimize production downtime.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety regulations and industrial safety standards.
- Assist in the assembly, installation, and adjustment of new mechanical systems and tools.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine performance and ensure output quality.
- Conduct daily checks to ensure all machinery is clean, lubricated, and functioning correctly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Familiarity with reading technical blueprints, diagrams, and operation manuals.
- Valid Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Good physical health and stamina to work in an industrial setting.
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on quality control and safety.
