Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate all mechanical maintenance activities across plant operations
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Manage maintenance teams, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Overhaul and optimize critical mechanical systems and industrial equipment
- Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs
- Prepare maintenance budgets and control expenditure effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 8+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing environments
- 3+ years in supervisory/leadership roles managing technical teams
- Strong expertise in rotating equipment, HVAC, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Certification in CMRP, PMP, or equivalent maintenance management qualification
- Proven track record of implementing reliability-centered maintenance strategies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capabilities
