Are you a seasoned leader in the field of mechanical engineering? Morning Star Milling Corporation is seeking a dedicated Mechanical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all mechanical activities on-site or within our projects. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our milling machinery, maintain high standards of safety, and lead a team of technical experts to deliver excellence.
As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities. You will act as the primary point of contact for technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all mechanical activities on-site to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all milling equipment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of mechanical technicians and operators.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical problems to minimize equipment downtime.
- Coordinate with project managers to align mechanical activities with project goals.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and tools to prevent shortages.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or milling industry.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
- Willingness to work in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
