Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of mechanical technicians to ensure high performance and safety compliance.
- Support project execution by planning resources, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify mechanical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Ensure all mechanical activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Prepare and present detailed performance, maintenance, and project status reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance and operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, HVAC, pumps, and rotating equipment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a technical team effectively.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Strong understanding of workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
