Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the mechanical maintenance team
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all production equipment
- Oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems and machinery
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train and mentor junior technicians and maintenance staff
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets
- Coordinate with production departments to minimize equipment downtime
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment maintenance
- Experience leading and supervising technical teams
- Certification in maintenance management or related field is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
