In this role, you will be the backbone of our site operations, responsible for overseeing mechanical installations, coordinating daily workflows, and ensuring that every project phase adheres to our rigorous safety, quality, and scheduling standards. The successful candidate will play a critical role in mentoring technical teams and liaising with stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor site mechanical installation works to ensure compliance with project blueprints and technical specifications.
- Coordinate daily mechanical site activities, managing manpower and resources efficiently to meet project timelines.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols across all onsite operations.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure high-standard output and minimal rework.
- Supervise subcontractors and direct site staff to maintain productivity and operational alignment.
- Troubleshoot technical mechanical issues in real-time, providing immediate solutions to prevent project delays.
- Maintain detailed daily progress reports and documentation for project management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in mechanical site supervision within the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical installation standards, equipment, and piping/HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse onsite teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to be based in Batam and travel to various project sites as required.
- Certifications in safety (K3) or project management are highly desirable.
