Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems and sanitary installations
- Conduct systematic inspections of mechanical equipment including chillers, pumps, and ductwork
- Execute preventive maintenance plans to maximize equipment lifespan and efficiency
- Diagnose electrical faults in control systems and coordinate necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Collaborate with contractors during system upgrades and major repairs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building mechanical systems maintenance
- Certification in HVAC systems or refrigeration technology preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems in mechanical equipment
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Valid refrigerant handling certification (e.g., EPA 608)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
