Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections on all production machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems within the facility.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime and maintain throughput targets.
- Install and calibrate new machinery and auxiliary equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to implement process improvements and efficiency upgrades.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory records of spare parts and tools.
- Adhere strictly to all workplace safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards (ISO/HACCP).
- Train junior staff or operators on basic machine maintenance and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Technical/Vocational diploma in Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assemblies, gearboxes, conveyor systems, and industrial equipment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based, multi-shift environment.
- Willingness to work in Carmona, Cavite and adapt to changing operational needs.
