Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery to minimize downtime.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on mechanical equipment, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic components.
- Execute complex repairs on industrial hardware and facility infrastructure.
- Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to install new equipment and perform upgrades.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and compliance documentation for all mechanical work.
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and company safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in industrial plant maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical drive systems, gearboxes, pumps, and conveyors.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic drawings.
- Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis.
- Ability to work shift hours or be available for emergency call-outs as required by plant operations.
