Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and automation systems to ensure maximum uptime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
- Install, calibrate, and test new equipment and components to meet operational standards.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation in accordance with company and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
- Assist in the execution of facility projects and machinery upgrades.
- Ensure all mechanical tasks are performed in strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, automation controls, and industrial machinery repair.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Willingness to work in shifts and provide support for emergency maintenance as required.
