Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on various mechanical systems and production machinery to ensure continuous operation and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions promptly.
- Execute repairs, overhauls, and replacements of machine components, including motors, gears, bearings, pumps, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
- Conduct regular inspections, adjustments, and calibration of equipment to maintain accuracy and performance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and part inventories using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, operational procedures, and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with production, electrical, and engineering teams to optimize machine performance and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/Diploma or Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing, industrial, or heavy machinery environment.
- Strong practical knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating equipment, and precision components.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical failures and perform precise, hands-on repairs.
- Familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and basic welding/fabrication skills are a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and a thorough understanding of relevant safety procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
