Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment, including HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, and piping networks.
- Diagnose mechanical failures and troubleshoot systems efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to accurately execute installation and repair tasks.
- Ensure strict compliance with site safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company protocols during all maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Collaborate closely with electrical, civil, and project engineering teams to coordinate maintenance activities and project milestones.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair records, and material usage in the official logs for accurate project tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in mechanical maintenance within the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and engineering specifications.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and specialized diagnostic equipment.
- Valid technical certification (e.g., Welding, HVAC, or Machinery Operation) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in outdoor environments and perform physical tasks on-site.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
