Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment including presses, rollers, and cutting machines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Execute equipment repairs and component replacements following engineering specifications
- Monitor machine performance and document maintenance activities in CMMS systems
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime during maintenance windows
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and engineering drawings
- Certification in industrial maintenance (e.g., CMRP) is advantageous
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools and precision measurement instruments
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety awareness
