Tanggung Jawab
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular preventive maintenance on mechanical machinery and production equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.
- Assembly Support: Assist in the assembly and installation of mechanical components and solar-related materials according to technical specifications and blueprints.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults and system failures quickly to minimize production downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment logs.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve mechanical processes and efficiency through observation and collaboration with engineers.
- Equipment Calibration: Assist in the calibration and testing of mechanical systems to ensure precise operation.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting as a Mechanical Technician or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and assembly manuals.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and general mechanical principles.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in various environmental conditions.
