Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and emergency repairs on printing and packaging machinery to ensure continuous production.
- Conduct comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults using technical expertise.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on the installation, commissioning, and setup of new machines and projects.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and technical reports accurately.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with strict safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor machine efficiency and suggest process improvements to reduce downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, as required by production needs.
