Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain data center mechanical infrastructure, including CRAC units, chillers, and HVAC systems.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure 24/7 facility uptime.
- Conduct immediate troubleshooting and emergency repairs on mechanical equipment during technical incidents.
- Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) to identify anomalies and optimize cooling performance.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintain detailed maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement mechanical upgrades or system expansions.
- Strictly adhere to Data Center safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and environmental health and safety (EHS) guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within a Data Center, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, cooling cycles, and general mechanical maintenance tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on repairs in various environmental conditions.
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency on-call requests.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office for reporting purposes.
