Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery, pumps, valves, and rotating equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and implement effective repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Execute equipment calibrations and ensure all technical documentation is updated in accordance with GMP guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvement projects and plant upgrades.
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems to identify potential risks or performance issues.
- Strictly adhere to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical Technician within a pharmaceutical, chemical, or manufacturing plant.
- Solid understanding of rotating equipment, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Prior experience working in a GMP or highly regulated industrial environment is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematic drawings, and blueprints.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team in a shift-based environment.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
