Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on mechanical systems and production machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures, implementing timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and mechanical blueprints.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assemble, install, and calibrate new machinery and mechanical components.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in accordance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machine performance and improve process efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
- Proven ability to use precision measuring instruments and specialized mechanical tools.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and engineering diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in the Tuas region and commit to shift schedules if required.
