Join Unigra Food Processing Asia Pacific as a Mechanical Utility & Facility Technician and become a vital part of our food production excellence team. This hands-on role requires you to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize mechanical systems within our state-of-the-food processing facility. You'll ensure operational continuity by performing preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and system upgrades while adhering to stringent safety and hygiene standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment
- Diagnose and resolve facility equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime
- Conduct routine inspections of utility systems (steam, compressed air, water treatment)
- Execute facility improvement projects under engineering guidance
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during equipment shutdowns
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP/GMP)
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial maintenance or facility operations
- Proficiency in mechanical systems troubleshooting (pumps, motors, conveyors)
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems fundamentals
- Familiarity with CAD/blueprint reading and maintenance management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Malaysian electrical/mechanical certification preferred
