In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our mechanical utility systems, which are the backbone of our operational excellence.
As a Mechanical Utility Maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of utility infrastructure, including HVAC systems, air compressors, pumps, and cooling units. We are looking for an individual with a strong technical background, a keen eye for troubleshooting, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical utility equipment such as compressors, chillers, pumps, and water systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical failures promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Monitor utility system performance metrics and ensure they operate within optimal parameters.
- Execute installation and commissioning of new mechanical utility hardware.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory records for spare parts.
- Adhere strictly to workplace health and safety (K3) regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Respond to emergency breakdown calls and implement effective temporary or permanent solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system efficiency and energy consumption.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in industrial utility maintenance or facility operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of pneumatic systems, hydraulic pumps, and HVAC maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in using standard hand tools and specialized diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to the needs of a 24/7 operational environment.
- Basic computer literacy for maintenance reporting and documentation.
