Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize high-precision mechatronic modules and advanced motion systems for semiconductor applications.
- Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and technical specifications using CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or Inventor).
- Conduct FEA and simulation analysis to validate design performance under various operating conditions.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design reports, test plans, and validation protocols.
- Participate in the prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of new designs to ensure quality standards are met.
- Support the production handover by providing technical guidance to manufacturing and assembly teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) with a strong portfolio of mechanical designs.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, electronics, and control systems.
- Experience with FEA tools (Ansys, Abaqus) is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail in complex engineering tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team-oriented environment.
