Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain complex mechatronic systems including PLCs, robotics, and hydraulic/pneumatic components
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting on automated production lines using advanced testing equipment
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and continuous improvements
- Document maintenance activities, repair logs, and technical specifications in digital systems
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and quality standards across all operations
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and best maintenance practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with industrial automation systems
- Advanced proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI systems
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and motor controls
- Experience with predictive maintenance tools and vibration analysis techniques
- Valid electrical safety certification (e.g., Low Voltage, HV)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical documentation skills
