Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop robust mechatronic systems including mechanical structures, sensor arrays, and actuator integration.
- Implement and maintain Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) frameworks to enable smart data monitoring.
- Program and troubleshoot PLC, microcontrollers, and embedded systems for automation tasks.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, including schematics, CAD designs, and project manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software and hardware components seamlessly.
- Conduct rigorous testing, calibration, and quality control of prototypes before field deployment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systems currently in operation in the field.
- Optimize existing systems for better energy efficiency and improved performance cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechatronics system design and automation.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
- Strong background in embedded programming (C/C++, Python) and PLC logic (Siemens, Omron, or Allen Bradley).
- Deep understanding of IoT protocols (MQTT, Modbus) and edge computing.
- Solid grasp of control systems, PID tuning, and motion control hardware.
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively from concept to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on field-based troubleshooting.
