- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social selling.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to craft compelling media pitches and campaigns.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a market advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record in media sales, advertising, or high-volume B2B business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for negotiation.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software to track sales pipeline and performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
