Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in media sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of the Malaysian media landscape and advertising industry
