Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for healthcare inquiries, insurance coverage, and billing concerns
- Provide accurate medical information and guidance to patients and healthcare providers
- Resolve patient complaints and coordinate with clinical teams for complex issues
- Maintain detailed call records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery protocols
- Continuously update knowledge on healthcare policies, procedures, and terminology
- Meet performance metrics for call resolution time and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or allied health field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn healthcare systems quickly
