In this role, you will play a critical part in the revenue cycle management process, ensuring accuracy in billing, claims processing, and reimbursement for our healthcare partners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Review and submit medical claims to insurance companies accurately and timely.
- Manage the end-to-end medical billing process, including coding review and claim submission.
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure resolution and payment collection.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility details.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare privacy standards.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies and clarify documentation.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on billing performance and revenue metrics.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Medical Billing or Revenue Cycle Management.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT coding.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage denied claims effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
