Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process and submit medical claims to insurance companies for reimbursement.
- Review patient records to ensure clinical documentation supports the medical necessity of services rendered.
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain patient demographic and insurance information in the billing system.
- Communicate professionally with healthcare providers and insurance representatives to clarify billing issues.
- Identify and report billing trends or recurring errors to management for process improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical billing, coding, or healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, production-driven environment.
- Certification in Medical Billing or Coding is a significant advantage.
