Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor a team of medical billing specialists to ensure daily productivity targets and quality standards are met.
- Monitor the end-to-end medical billing cycle, including charge entry, claims submission, and denial management.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate weekly reports on team performance and revenue cycle health.
- Implement process improvements to streamline billing workflows and increase first-pass clean claim rates.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth and skill development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex billing discrepancies and insurance carrier escalations.
- Ensure full adherence to HIPAA regulations and internal data security policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Medical Billing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of medical billing software and various insurance portals (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid).
- Expert understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding guidelines.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume claims and reduce accounts receivable (AR) aging.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate remote teams and foster a collaborative culture.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Stable home-office setup with reliable high-speed internet connectivity.
