Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end insurance claim processing and recovery for healthcare services
- Provide personalized medical concierge support to PruPanel Connect programme members
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance stakeholders for seamless service delivery
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding healthcare benefits and claim status
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and claim records
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated service issues
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare coordination, or insurance claims
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Singapore's healthcare insurance landscape preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
