Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the dedicated concierge for patients, ensuring a personalized and supportive end-to-end healthcare experience.
- Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and medical scheduling with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate clinical logistics, including specialist referrals, procedure preparation, and post-treatment communication.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy, ensuring all feedback is addressed professionally and promptly.
- Liaise between medical staff and patients to ensure clear communication and adherence to care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Support operational workflows to ensure clinics run efficiently and service standards are consistently exceeded.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in medical concierge, patient relations, or high-end customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital information systems (HIS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus to assist diverse patient demographics.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot logistical issues under pressure.
