Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and clinic staff.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational presentations for medical professionals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to closing deals and after-sales support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical device technology and industry market trends.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense accounts.
- Collaborate with the clinical support team to ensure seamless product implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Nursing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of resilience, self-motivation, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for travel within Kuala Lumpur.
- Ability to learn complex technical information quickly and communicate it effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous internship experience in a sales or clinical environment is highly advantageous.
