Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the installation, calibration, and maintenance of complex medical devices, including life-support systems and diagnostic imaging equipment.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems in medical hardware.
- Establish and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and performance verification tests to ensure compliance with national and international health standards.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians and clinical staff on the proper use and care of medical equipment.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all service activities, inspections, and parts inventory for regulatory audits.
- Coordinate with external vendors and manufacturers for specialized repairs, upgrades, and parts procurement.
- Advise hospital leadership on equipment replacement cycles and technical specifications for new procurement projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in medical equipment maintenance and repair, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Relevant professional certification or Civil Service Eligibility (Professional) for government-linked roles.
- Strong proficiency in reading circuit diagrams, technical manuals, and using diagnostic software tools.
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure environments and handle emergency repair situations.
- Excellent communication skills for training staff and reporting to administration.
- Willingness to travel to various healthcare facilities within the Bangsamoro region as required.
