Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate, timely, and science-based responses to inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders regarding approved medical products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing, to ensure consistent messaging.
- Stay current with medical literature, product updates, and regulatory guidelines to maintain the highest level of scientific accuracy.
- Manage incoming inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and web portals, adhering to strict service level agreements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Document all interactions and medical information provided in our secure database systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex medical concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (office and remote) and willingness to support night shift schedules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Previous experience in a medical information, pharmaceutical, or BPO customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
