Tanggung Jawab
- Perform complex diagnostic testing on various biological specimens, including blood, urine, and tissue, to support patient diagnosis.
- Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment, ensuring all machinery is functioning correctly and calibrated.
- Analyze test results and prepare accurate, timely reports for physicians and healthcare providers.
- Adhere to strict quality control and quality assurance protocols to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain a sterile, clean, and safe laboratory environment at all times.
- Document patient data accurately and confidentially within laboratory information systems.
- Assist in the training and orientation of new laboratory staff members when required.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Biomedical Science, or a related field.
- Valid certification and licensure as a Medical Laboratory Technologist.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as CLIA or CAP guidelines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
