Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and complex laboratory tests in Histopathology, Hematology, or Microbiology.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all diagnostic results through rigorous quality control.
- Prepare tissue samples, slides, and reagents for microscopic examination.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and adhere to strict biosafety and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with pathologists and other medical staff to interpret findings.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the department.
- Handle laboratory specimens with the highest level of care and confidentiality.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
- Current registration or eligibility for registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a pathology laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, safety standards, and quality management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex medical information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and laboratory information systems.
