Tanggung Jawab
- Perform virology tests including molecular diagnostics, serology, and viral culture to identify and characterize viruses
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and proper functioning
- Follow established laboratory protocols and procedures to maintain quality control and assurance
- Analyze test results, interpret data, and report findings to healthcare providers
- Participate in research activities and contribute to the development of new testing methodologies
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely laboratory results
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, or related field
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist from relevant professional board
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical virology laboratory
- Strong knowledge of virology principles, laboratory techniques, and instrumentation
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems and electronic health records
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing laboratory tests
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certification in molecular diagnostics or specialized virology techniques is preferred
