Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligning library services with university objectives
- Manage all library operations including cataloging, circulation, reference services, and digital resource management
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of library professionals through mentorship and performance development
- Oversee acquisition, licensing, and maintenance of medical literature and digital databases
- Implement information literacy programs for medical students and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with academic departments to support curriculum development and research needs
- Ensure compliance with copyright laws, data privacy regulations, and ethical information practices
- Drive innovation in library services through technology integration and process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Library Science or Information Science with medical specialization
- Minimum 7 years progressive experience in academic or medical libraries
- Proven track record in strategic planning and library administration
- Expertise in medical databases (PubMed, MEDLINE) and library management systems
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Knowledge of current trends in medical informatics and digital libraries
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and advocacy
- Ability to develop and manage library budgets effectively
