Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans for patients
- Conduct ward rounds and monitor patient progress throughout their healthcare journey
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient histories, examinations, and treatments accurately in medical records
- Participate in emergency medical response and on-call duties as required
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
- Mentor and guide junior medical staff and medical students
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution
- Valid medical practitioner registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC)
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a hospital setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills across various medical conditions
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
