Tanggung Jawab
- Assess and stabilize patients in emergency situations, prioritizing critical cases
- Perform initial evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Administer emergency treatments including resuscitation, trauma care, and medication administration
- Collaborate with nursing staff and specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Document patient encounters accurately and maintain timely medical records
- Participate in emergency response drills and mass casualty incident management
- Provide guidance to junior medical staff and contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid Malaysian medical license
- Minimum 2 years post-internship experience in emergency medicine or acute care
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
- Strong diagnostic and critical thinking skills for emergency situations
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient and family interactions
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Commitment to continuous medical education and evidence-based practices
