Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Effectively promote and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits of our product portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular sales visits and provide product demonstrations to existing and potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and feedback to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions within the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior sales or medical representative experience is an added advantage.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak local dialects is a significant plus.
