Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and pharmacy staff.
- Conduct regular sales visits and product presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales calls, customer data, and territory coverage in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and seamless service delivery.
- Attend industry conferences, medical seminars, and internal training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a team player.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and a professional demeanor.
