- Promote and sell company pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including physicians, specialists, and pharmacists
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key accounts in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
- Conduct detailed product presentations and clinical data discussions to inform prescribing decisions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective territory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Proven ability to work independently and meet performance metrics
