- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for skincare products
- Visit dermatology clinics, medical practitioners, and beauty salons to promote products
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and applications
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective client engagement
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key medical professionals and beauty practitioners
- Provide valuable feedback on market trends and customer preferences
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or beauty industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation abilities and product knowledge aptitude
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (if applicable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is advantageous
