Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell GSK's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, nurses)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in assigned territory
- Conduct product presentations and provide scientific information on therapeutic areas
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Achieve/exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Organize and participate in medical conferences and promotional events
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for sales management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within Davao region
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Knowledge of local healthcare landscape and key stakeholders
- Results-oriented mindset with high ethical standards
